What about parking?
Parking options for Saturday, September 17th & 24th are as follows:
Park in the grass areas at the Mission Church of Lord Jesus Christ, 3039 Amay James Avenue. Please do not park in paved areas.
On all other days you may park in the grass and pavement at the Mission Church of Lord Jesus Christ, 3039 Amay James Avenue. For on-street parking, continue on Amay James - take a left on Coronia and park along the streetPlease do not block our Reid Park neighbor's driveways or mail boxes by parking in front of them. Amay James is a busy street and needs to be kept clear for deliveries, buses and emergency personnel, so please don't park on Amay James or Ridge Road. Remove all valuables from view in your vehicle.
Lunches?
Habitat Charlotte will NOT be providing lunches. Please arrange for your own lunches.
Is there an Adopt-A-Home Planning Manual?
Yes! Our Adopt-A-Home Planning manual will help your group to plan your project.
Is there a Construction Manual?
Yes! We have a detailed construction manual for each sponsor! The manual will be handed out at the House/Project Leader meetings. Please contact Stephanie Murphy at 704-716-7077 to receive information about receiving chapters electronically.
In-Kind services/materials (Licensed Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC contractors, Drywall Finishers)
Use our in-kind form to let our Construction Superintendent know about what and who you have solicited. We will utilize this information to schedule the donation being utilized. Please get this information in as soon as possible to best insure that the materials or contractor will be able to work on your home. Please contact Chip Sabathne at 704-716-7076 with questions.
